We have a wonderful community where we live in harmony. If you're interested in purchasing a home in our village, you must have a meeting with our Sales and Leasing Committee prior to closing on your home or moving in on a lease.

When you become a condominium owner, you agree to follow the rules of the association. Here are the rules and guidelines of our village. Please make sure you review the rules and regulations of our community.

Your Board of Directors
We're all volunteers working to make our village the best place to live! Our village has monthly board meetings on the 4th Thursday of the Month at 7 pm in the Platina clubhouse. (November and December meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of the month). Come to the meetings and hear what's happening in our village. Check the calendar for the next meeting and join us!
Committees -- We need your Help and Knowledge
What's your passion? Where can you help us make our village a wonderful place to live? Do you love gardening and would you join the Landscape Committee? Do you love social media? Would you join the Communications Committee? Do you have a finance background? Analytical mind? Do you just want to help? Well, if you said yes to any of these questions, your neighbors need your help to run our village well. A few hours per month can make all the difference! Come to a board meeting and volunteer!

Our village has contracted with Phoenix Management Services, one of the most respected property management firms in South Florida. Phoenix provides us with a team of experienced professionals to help manage our community. DOCUMENTS
If you are looking for documents for our village, specifically financial documents, sales and leasing, or board minutes, please submit a request in writing via email, and a member of the board will respond within 5-7 business days. Remember, we're all volunteers so it may take a little time. You must be a resident of the village to obtain certain documents. If you have questions, please email us by using the button below.
